When booking you are required to leave a card on file. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment is finished. Failure to show up to your appointment, without a notice 24 hours prior, will result in your card being charged the FULL service amount booked. If you choose to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% all services booked.
All clients are given a 5 minute grace period, after the 5 minute mark you will be charged a $15 late fee. After the 8 minute mark you will have to reschedule, and be charged 50% of your service as an inconvenience fee. However, if the 8 minute mark has passed and you have not contacted us, you will be charged a no-call, no-show fee and your appointment will be canceled. This is to prevent running into another client's appointment. Be sure to communicate with us to avoid being charged.
Free eyelash extension touch-ups are only available for 72 hours after your appointment. Anything after 72 hours will have to be paid for.
To be eligible for an eyelash extension refill you must have AT LEAST 40% of your extensions remaining. Otherwise you will be charged the full set amount. If you are unsure if you should book a full set or refill you can contact us via Text or Email.
Refill appointments must be 2-3 weeks after your prior appointment. After the 3 week mark, you will be required to book a full set. All refills must be from a set done at NSV Artistry. We do not work over other artists' work.
You are required to come to all appointments WITHOUT any makeup on. Make sure your entire face is clean to ensure the best outcome! Eyelash extensions do NOT stick to dirty lashes. If you happen to show up with makeup, you will be charged a $5.00 fee to have it removed. Furthermore, if you have dirty lashes you will be charged a $10.00 fee to will receive a lash bath.
During your appointment you are REQUIRED to have your phone on silent the entire time. We will not answer or read any texts/calls.
By booking your appointment you are agreeing to all of our policies. Please do not book if you do not agree. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
Refunds and exchanges
There are no refunds on any services or items purchased. All payments are final.
When buying a product, it is important to read all ingredients and instructions/directions. We are not responsible for any misuse of products.
